Akuong United National Developmental Organization (AUNDO) is a South Sudanese National, Non-profit, Non-Governmental Organization. The Organization was originally operated as a Kueth Akuong Community Based Organization (KACBO) since 2013. Later, in January 2019 the compatriots South Sudanese changed its name into Akuong United National Developmental Organization to reflect its inclusive stand within the community.
We the members of AUNDO; aware of the humanitarian crisis affecting all aspects of civil population around the globe in general and South Sudan in particular;
Motivated by the urge and re-affirmation of the commitment of global community to combat and eradicate poverty through education, health, food security, clean drinking water and other essential of life saving activities and developmental programs;
Committed to complement national, regional and international efforts to alleviate menaces of underdevelopment;
Desirous to fully encourage participation of vulnerable sections of civil population in all efforts for the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals by combating the effects of underdevelopments including and not limited to poverty alleviation through modern agricultural farming, health, education, child protection, combating HIV/AIDS and other diseases, environmental degradation, communal conflict and instability in the region;
